Shipping policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India using our standard shipping service (मानक) at a flat rate of ₹60 per order. Estimated transit time is 4–7 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
International Shipping We ship internationally to select destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, and other configured locations at a flat rate of ₹1,399 per order. Estimated transit time is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
Address Changes If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at your earliest opportunity. We can only accommodate address changes before the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Delays While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs clearance (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control. Nexora is not liable for such delays, but we will do our best to assist you
